It’s time we take this community thing offline, don’t you think?

Stack Natin is happy to announce the first ever Stack Natin Hangout! Yes, it’s an offline gathering of Filipino writers on Substack. No frills, no fuss—just chat, chill, and perhaps some coffee (or tea, if you’re so inclined) on a weekend afternoon.

Date: 30 May 2026, Saturday
Time: 2pm to 4pm (or longer, let’s see)
Location: Bad Café, GF Windsor Tower, 163 Legazpi Street, Legazpi Village, Makati City

(If you’re outside of Manila, my apologies about all this—the hope is we can do this in other parts of the country, too, eventually!)

We’ve got nothing planned. Again, no frills, no fuss! This is a chance to say hello to your fellow Substackers offline, and who knows what might happen from there? I’ll admit my thoughts have gotten ahead of myself with all sorts of other events, but we’ll get there at the right time.

Oh, and the event is for free—although we’d love it if you buy your coffee and drinks from the folks at Bad Café to show your thanks. (Learn more about where we’re meeting up here. There’s a menu, too!)

You can just drop by, but there are only a few seats available—it is a small, cozy little venue, after all—so if you’re keen, do email stacknatin@gmail.com if you want to let us know early you’re dropping by.
